Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Legitimate interest). We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Hostinger according to Art. 28 GDPR.

3. Data Collection in the Contact and Consultation Form

If you send us an inquiry via the form, your details will be stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry. The following data is requested:

• Full name

• Age (for verification and training planning)

• Weight & Height

• Experience with structured training

• Chosen coaching package (Bronze, Silver, Gold)

• E-mail address & WhatsApp number

• Additional information for the coach

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (Contractual/Pre-contractual measures). Since fitness data may relate to health, processing is also based on your explicit consent (Art. 9 (2) (a) GDPR). Storage period: Data remains with us until you request deletion, revoke consent, or the purpose for storage no longer applies.

4. Communication via WhatsApp

If you provide your WhatsApp number, we use WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited). Please note WhatsApp's own terms of use. Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).
